WIP: Bear Rug

This is the next project on my list!!

Thanks to make and do crew for the inspiration 😍

See Make and Do Crew's pattern here

Because I don't have the materials recommended in the original pattern, I had to tweak it to what I have on hand...also it is the best idea I have come across except for blankets to use up all the white I have accumulated! Besides that, it's so freaking adorable 🙈

Materials:

• 6mm hook

• 100% Acrylic 8ply premium - knit & purl

• 100% Polyester - urban basics

So, as you can see designing my pattern is going to be an adventure in itself.

The plan:

Working together two strands - the Polyester, (a fringe type faux fur) with that added fluffy softness mixed with premium Acrylic make a perfect fibre combination for a snuggly nursery rug!

Gage: 6 rows x 6 stitches
6cm x 6cm

😍I love it!🥰

Ok, now to figure out the measurements for our main body portion. I will still use the original pattern (linked above) as a guide...
