Bespoke Vintage Butterfly Doily

More importantly, I knew my wee mumsie would too and with Christmas a month away...

I got the original vintage pattern from

The original is in a black and white photo but it is worked in multiple colours.

With a little brain work I tweaked the pattern to my own liking...

Simplifying it a lot and using a basic modern Butterfly pattern.

I love the way it turned out anyway.
